HOW IT WORKS

HOW DO I REQUEST MY GOVIEW MONOCULAR?

1. Purchase a new Pure Woodland outdoor speaker during the promotional period from 24.11.2023 to 31.12.2023 from a participating retailer or at www.pure-audio.com.

2. Access the promo website bonus.pure-audio.com and fill in the application form no earlier than 14 days after the date of purchase, but no later than 45 days after the purchase (14 days return period + 30 days) with your contact details, confirm the product purchased, enter your date of purchase and upload a picture of your product and your proof of purchase (invoice). Lastly, select the desired colour of the monocular (Miami Blue, Phantom Black, Sunset Orange, or Light Brown).

3. You will receive a confirmation email if your application is successful within a maximum of seven (7) days.

4. If your application is successful, your GoView Monocular ZOOMR HD will be sent to the postal address you provided within 14 days. A shipping confirmation will be sent by e-mail to your registered e-mail address.

 

WHERE CAN I BUY THE PARTICIPATING PRODUCTS?

The participating product, Pure Woodland Outdoor Loudspeaker, can be purchased at participating retailers in the European Union, Switzerland, Norway and the United Kingdom or at www.pure-audio.com.

HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO APPLY?

The redemption period is 14 days from the date of purchase, but no later than 45 days from the date of purchase (14 days return period + 30 days). Example: If you bought the product on 01.12.2023, you can claim it on 15.12.2023 at the earliest and 14.01.2024 at the latest.

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY GO VIEW MONOCULAR ZOOMR HD?

The monocular will be sent to you by UPS to your registered postal address within 2 weeks after successful application verification. A confirmation email will follow and will be sent to the email address provided.

I WOULD LIKE TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN MY PROMOTIONAL ITEM, IS THAT POSSIBLE?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange the selected and received promotional item (GoView Monoculars) after receipt. This is only possible if the product has arrived damaged. In this case, please contact us via the claim form or via support@pure-audio.com with details and photos of the damage.

 

IS IT POSSIBLE TO SUBMIT MORE THAN ONE APPLICATION?

Each application is limited to a single use. Only one promotional gift (GoView Monoculars ZOOMR HD) can be applied for per person and household.

 

CAN I PASS ON THE GOVIEW MONOCULAR TO A FRIEND OR PARTNER?

No, it is personal and non-transferable. The promotional item (GoView Monoculars ZOOMR HD) cannot be requested by third parties.

 

CAN I EXCHANGE MY OFFER FOR THE VALUE OF THE GOVIEW ZOOMR HD IN CASH?

No cash alternative is offered in exchange for the promotional offer. Promotional offers have no cash value.

 

WHAT DO I HAVE TO CONSIDER WHEN UPLOADING MY INVOICE?

All relevant elements such as the merchants name, the promotional product, the amount of the receipt and the date of purchase must be visible on the uploaded invoice. Each upload constitutes a claim. Repeated use of invoices will result in exclusion from the promotion.

The following formats are accepted: jpg, .png, .pdf with a maximum file size of 10 MB. If the invoice is incomplete or illegible or if the promotional product purchased is incorrect, the entire claim is invalid. Each invoice can only be used once.
