TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The Black Friday promotion "Pure Explorer Pack" is carried out by Pure Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Pure") (organiser). The processing, customer service and customer communication are carried out by Aqipa GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "Aqipa"), Möslbichl 78, 6250 Kundl, Austria on behalf of the organiser.

2. Only customers who purchase a promotional product (Pure Woodland Outdoor Speaker) from a participating retailer within the promotional period from 24.11.2023 to 31.12.2023 are eligible to participate. The participant must be 18 years of age or older at the time of participation. The participant must keep a copy of the receipt as proof of purchase and take a photo of the product.

3. This offer is only valid for residents of the European Union, Switzerland, Norway and the United Kingdom.

4. Employees and their immediate family members of the organiser Pure / Aqipa, its representatives and all persons professionally connected with the promotion are excluded from the promotion.

5. Only the purchaser of the promotion product who has successfully completed the verification process on bonus.pure-audio.com ("Participant") will be eligible and entitled to participate in the Promotion.

6. The promotional offer applies only to the promotional products distributed by the organiser and purchased online ("the qualified purchase").

7. Subject to these terms and conditions, the promoter will offer a free monocular, the GoView ZOOMR HD, to any eligible person who purchases a promotional product during the promotion period from 24.11.2023 to 31.12.2023.

8. The participant is not entitled to take advantage of the promotional offer, if the purchased products are returned.

9. All claims must be made no later than 45 days after the date of purchase. Customers can submit their claim 14 days after the product purchase (return period) and 30 days after this period. As an example, participants who purchased a promotional product on 01.12.2023 should submit their claim between 15.12.2023 and 14.01.2024.

10. After the qualifying purchase, the participant logs into the campaign website bonus.pure-audio.com and fills in the online application form with name, address and email address, confirms his/her purchased product, enters the date of purchase and uploads a clear picture of the product. In the next step, the customer uploads the purchase receipt/invoice showing the date of purchase, product description, receipt number and retailer name. Lastly, the participant selects the desired colour of the monocular (Miami Blue, Phantom Black, Sunset Orange, or Light Brown).

11. Upon receipt of the entrants registration, Aqipa will verify the entrants details in accordance with the Terms and Conditions within 7 calendar days and, if successful, will send the entrant a confirmation email. The promoter will send the GoView Monocular in the requested colour to the postal address provided within fourteen (14) days of registration. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided.

12. Only one entry per customer. Only one (1) Pure Explorer Pack GoView gift can be redeemed per person per household.

13. Pure and Aqipa accept no liability for force majeure. In the event of earthquake, storm, flood, fire or other acts of nature, COVID, SARS and other epidemics, war, riot, acts of terrorism, public disorder, strikes or lockouts, government action or other events beyond the control of the promoter, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw this promotion without notice and without offering compensation.

14. No cash alternative is offered in exchange for the promotional offer.

15. The offer received is personal and non-transferable. The promotional offer cannot be requested or claimed by third parties and/or using the participants name.

16. Pure and Aqipa reserve the right to request original proof of purchase/sales from the participant. Pure and Aqipa reserve the right to verify all claims, to check the content of all applications and registrations to ensure that the entrant is complying with these Terms and Conditions and to refuse to grant the offer or to withdraw entitlement to the GoView Monocular ZOOMR HD, if there are reasonable grounds for believing that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or of any instructions forming part of this promotion, or if an entrant has gained an unfair advantage in participating in the offer or has used fraudulent means.

17. Personal data collected during the promotion will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations. The personal data will be stored and processed exclusively by Aqipa. The personal data will be processed for the purpose of carrying out this promotion. No personal data will be disclosed to third parties unless it is necessary for other purposes of carrying out the action or official rights have been granted to include participants in the newsletter distribution list.

18. Pure and Aqipa accept no responsibility for claims that are lost, late or not received by the closing date. It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure that correct details are provided so that claims can be processed.

19. By participating in this promotion, the participant is deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

20. All correspondence should be sent to the addresses provided on the campaign website bonus.pure-audio.com. Participants who have questions or complaints relating to the promotion may contact Aqipa at the relevant address or send an email to the promoter using the contact details on the campaign website bonus.pure-audio.com. Complaints about the operation of the promotion and the Rreward may be made in writing within 14 days of the cause of the complaint. Only participants of the promotion can submit a complaint about the running of the promotion. Enquiries may be made to Aqipa in English, French or German and responses will also be provided in English, French and German.

21. Participants acknowledge and accept that failure to provide the documentation and information in accordance with the terms of this agreement will result in the participant losing the right to receive the GoView Monocular ZOOMR HD without any liability on the part of the seller and the promoter.
